I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Toyota of Gladstone warrants recognition.
I arranged an out-of-state transaction for a 2024 Rav4 Prime SE, a decision that involved 1200 miles worth of travel to pick up the vehicle. Throughout the process, I worked closely with Luke, my salesman, and Seth, his manager, who both played roles in ensuring a smooth transaction.
From the outset, we agreed upon a price, and I made the necessary arrangements for my travel. Upon arriving at the dealership, I encountered a minor delay in the financing process due to the intricacies of an out-of-state transaction. However, the team eventually figured out what would be required to title the vehicle in Montana. While this caused a slight delay, it was understandable given the circumstances and did not detract from the overall positive experience.
A notable hiccup arose when the monthly lease payment differed significantly from our initial agreement. Yet, Seth Dustin's exemplary professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction shone through as he rectified the situation, ensuring that the transaction aligned with what we had arranged before I arrived. His leadership, clear communication, and proactive approach in resolving the issue were truly commendable.
Luke's performance throughout the transaction was equally impressive. His dedication to facilitating an out-of-state deal, coupled with his effective communication and attention to detail, contributed significantly to the overall success of the transaction.
However, if I were to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be the finance department. While working with Dolph, I felt somewhat rushed during the final stages of the transaction, despite having spent a considerable amount of time at the dealership beforehand. Given the complexities that arose during the process, I felt it necessary to ensure thoroughness in reviewing all aspects of the agreement.
Overall, my experience with Toyota of Gladstone was highly positive, and I would not hesitate to conduct future business with them. When the time comes for my next purchase, likely a Tundra, they will undoubtedly be the place I reach out to first.
