I had a really great experience with Aaron and Toyota of Gladstone. He was super transparent and took the time to explain everything about the car, including the full history report. Since I wasn’t able to test drive it myself, Aaron actually drove me around so I could still get a feel for how it handled, which I really appreciated. I’ve always been a little wary of dealerships because they can be pushy, but that wasn’t the case here at all. There was no pressure to buy, and the whole process felt easy and low-stress. I also ended up getting a special APR offer through Toyota, which made the deal even better. Since I couldn’t drive the car home myself, Charity arranged a free shuttle pickup, and Aaron even drove me back with my new car. Overall, I’m super happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend Aaron and Toyota of Gladstone to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest car-buying experience.

No pressure, tons of options and they explained all the programs for rebates and ways to get most for our money. Definitely a great place to buy your next vehicle.

I want to give a Shout-Out to Alissa Alderman in the Service Department. We had to have our rear sensors replaced a couple weeks ago, when someone punched them out. One came loose today and she went under the rear bumper and fixed it. Great customer service. She is a tru asset.
