I started writing a long story about my journey to Gladstone Toyota and I erased all of it. What you really need to know is I'm 68 years old and buying a car at my age isn't taken lithely. I question every detail to make sure I'm making the right choice. I bought a Corolla Cross and love it. It only took two blocks away from the dealership to make up my mind. We had to pull into a gas station to put in gas because the car was running low. While the salesman was pumping the Gas, I lean over to my sister who came with me on this journey and I told her I was buying the car. Her reply was. You would be crazy to walk away from this. When we inform the Salesmen of our decision he help me through the process and was most helpful. I think it took a couple of hours to get everything sign and done and I drove home that night with a new car. Iv never have recommended a car dealership in my entire life. But I am recommending Gladstone for new car buyers. Feel safe in going there. No pressure and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Loved working Kinza. Can’t recommend her enough. I will say it was annoying that they forced me to do credit check with them in order to purchase even though I had financing elsewhere. Waiting to get to financing took a bit.

All staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially Cassie, the sales Sales Consultant and Ali the Financial Manager. Cassie went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure the best possible outcome. She was patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely concerned about achieving the best case scenario. Ali provided the same level of assistance in my being able to secure a loan. It was comforting and amazing simultaneously , an experience that was a true blessing !

Had the BEST experience buying my new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited from Brendon at Toyota of Gladstone! There is a reason this dealership is busy and I promise you won’t waste your time! Kristen in the back office is also really amazing! I was given full transparency, honesty and had a lot of fun buying a car yesterday! As a woman, sometimes you feel like you can be taken advantage of, I never once got that feeling. I will be buying all of my cars from Brendon in the future and you should too! (Daniel, still needs to say hi first. Slight inside joke! 🤣) Thank you Brendon for being an absolute pleasure to work with!!!

I've had good service for oil changes, alignment and tire installs. The service area is efficiently run, the staff is polite and the waiting area is comfortable. However, I subtracted one star because it has been my experience that some of the service personnel recommend services that are not necessary. I have been advised to change the new air filter that I had installed a few hours before my appointment. I was advised to have both the differential fluid and throttle body service. These are two service items that were optional/as needed (for my 30K service) and were based on your specific vehicle use (for example- lots of towing, dusty environments). I declined, and days later I brought my vehicle to my regular mechanic for inspection, and was informed that my vehicle doesn't need differential service and my throttle body is very clean. It is important to be familiar with Toyota scheduled service recommendations because dealerships may recommend additional and unnecessary services that can be costly. Update 7/2025- brought my vehicle in for a safety recall service and received a report on recommended service that used the words FAIL and CAUTION for all recommended services that I declined. The use of these incendiary words are not honest, nor accurate and should be discontinued.

Made an appointment for an oil change. 2.5 hours later after zero communication I ask where my truck is and it's finally done. 2.5 hours with an appointment is absurd. Just got the truck and was hoping this would be my service spot. Guess not. ***7/12/24 update. Josh the service manager contacted me after this issue and offered to make things right so I'm adjusting my review. I just got finished getting my oil changed again and it was a much better and quicker experience. I'd definitely recommend going on a weekday if you can and the earlier the better.
